Nido is an app for couples with a shared space, virtual pet, questions, games, memories and plans. The operator is an individual established in Spain. Contact the email above for service, purchase, security or privacy questions.

Purchases and subscriptions

The app includes free features and an optional Premium subscription. The applicable price, currency, period and taxes are shown by the relevant store before purchase confirmation. Apple and Google process payments and provide their own terms and management controls. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Deleting a Nido account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

This information does not limit mandatory consumer rights. For a charge or refund, use Apple's or Google's process and contact us if you need help with access to Nido.

Privacy, rights and safety

The privacy policy explains data, providers and rights. You can read how to delete your account even without the app.

To report unauthorized access, unlawful content, harassment or an image shared without permission, email [email protected] with a description and a reference that helps locate it. Do not send recovery codes, passwords or unnecessary copies of intimate images. We will verify requests proportionately and handle removal or other appropriate measures. You do not need your partner's permission to seek help or exercise your own rights.
